I really love all of Dherbs products. I don’t have any heart issues that I know of but I took it anyway - maintenance never hurts. The one thing I did notice is that I must of had a lot of mucus in my chest because that started to come up. Overall it was a great product and I feel like it helped me. I enjoyed the product, it lowered my BP, but I still need it to come down. I'm still taking the Cardiovascular formula every day, 3 times a day to keep my BP from going any higher. I had no problem eating the raw foods. My sugar cravings went down, but I was still craving salt, which I avoid. Great product. I will be ordering the FBC to see if that will help.
