I started taking this Vitamin D supplement every day, and honestly, it seemed to make a difference in my energy levels. Like, I felt more balanced in my mood too, and overall just healthier somehow. Its pretty basic stuff, but especially when theres less sun around, like in those winter months, it really helped out. I think anyone dealing with low energy or wanting to boost their immune system should try it. My well being got better for sure, though I am not totally sure if its just the vitamin or what. *
