I can honestly say I was thoroughly impressed with the results from the 10-day body cleanse. I was a bit skeptical at first about the number of pill bottles and the specific directions. However, once I got the hang of it, it worked out and I lost an impressive amount of weight. *

I enjoyed the heart detox, it lowered my BP, but I still need it to come down. I'm still taking the Cardiovascular formula every day, 3 times a day to keep my BP from going any higher. I had no problem eating the raw foods. My sugar cravings went down, but I was still craving salt, which I avoid. Gr *
