Intestinal Cleanser Mix has helped so much. I have problems having a bowel movement but this has kept me regular. The taste is horrible but I just plug my nose and drink it. You can mix it in a smoothie to mask the taste better. I tried it in water and I just couldn't take the taste. If you are looking for something that'll keep you regular, this is it!! *
