I purchased the Menstrual Cycle Formula a few months ago hoping it would help me. I've been having irregular periods where I wouldn't have one for a month, but once I started taking it that changed! It has helped me out by balancing me back out since I've been taking the formula! *

I was w/o a cycle for 6 months only after birth control and received one within 3 weeks of the Menstrual Cycle Formula. I take 3 periodically thought the day... the first week and a half. Menstrual Cycle Formula helped a lot. I missed my periods for 2 months. After taking it for a 1-2 weeks my period came back and regulated itself. After that I was pretty inconsistent with the dosage and that messed up the timing but it still came back eventually. I am going to buy more and be more consistent. This is a good alternative to birth control pills. *
