At 45, I began having night sweats and an irregular cycle. After a month of taking the Menstrual Cycle Formula, my cycle was back to coming every 28 days and only lasting 4 days. Dherbs has been a blessing for me! I contemplated in the beginning if the Menstrual Cycle Formula would really benefit me due to I was irregular with horrible bloating, cramps and bleeding prior to taking them. I started taking them and I’ve been regular every month with minimal if any cramping and bloating and my cycle isn’t as heavy. I also take the Yoni Cleanse and Uterus Cleanse with it. I've recently used the Uterus Formula & Yoni cleanser to start and felt results within the first month with my mood & less cramping. Now in month 4 I've switched to the Menstrual Cycle Formula to constantly take on a regular from here on out and it is great. I have little to NO cramping, no mood swings and my cycle is lighter a shorter. I finally took the Menstrual Cycle Formula after my cycle started to be more brown than the normal red. I took 5 capsule a day just as I would do a cleanse and now my cycle is back to the regular color. I also took the Uterus Formula at the same time. I love these products from Dherbs. *

I can’t say enough about the Menstrual Cycle Formula. It has truly regulated my cycle where I’m no longer having one every 3 weeks. I was using the Female Hormonal supplements and those work well too but I’m not bloated at all with the Menstrual Cycle Formula supplement like I was with the Female Hormonal supplement. I suggest trying both but I’ll definitely be sticking with the Menstrual Cycle Formula!! *
