I started my Dherbs journey with the Full Body Cleanse, followed up with the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen, and then ended with the Male Cleanse. I wanted to come back and leave a more detailed review because I am now preparing to purchase another cleanse for the summer. What I appreciated most was that the products gave me structure and helped me stay committed to a healthier routine. During the Full Body Cleanse, I followed the raw food diet as closely as possible. I focused on fruits, vegetables, salads, smoothies, raw nuts, water, and cleaner natural foods.
