Hello! I was very hesitant about this tea But to my surprise the Weight Release Tea tastes great. (I'm drinking some as i type this.) Great Taste!!!!!!! I love this tea. I have been drinking this tea for 3weeks now. It has a great taste and I don't have to add any sweeteners to it. The Weight Release Tea may cause you to have bowel movements, but the affects are very gentle. One may be able to predict movements, after a couple of days of use. I drink a cup in the morning before I go to work and a cup in the evening before I go to bed. I have lost 2 pounds and I'm now implementing the Weight Release formula and the Detox tea.
