I've done this cleanse four times. Has helped me clear viruses without having to use medication. I am normally vegetarian and don't enjoy a raw diet but I have done it while doing this cleanse. Not my favorite aspect fo the cleanse but the raw diet does help in increasing the benefits of the herb *
