Athletic Boost did not disappoint! I need an additional boost during my workouts without a bunch of chemicals. I have tried workout powders but the crash from all the chemicals caused me to stop using them. It wasn't good health wise. Immediately I felt the difference in my energy levels as well as my ability to keep up with the fitness instructor and have a positive attitude while working out. I felt mentally and physically good during and after my workout without a crash. After working out, I had energy levels that assisted me in doing chores around the house, etc. I felt great and continue to feel great. I am on my second bottle now, and am ordering another. I didn't realize how much I needed the Athletic Boost until I got it.... My mission is to loose 50lbs and these are just what I need to keep me consistent.
