Th colon & digestive tract works better when taking 5 capsules instead of 3. While doing the Flora cleanse I was taking 5 capsules. Taking 3 does not work as well for me. So at times I have to take the bowel motion. *

Food don't feel stuck in my throat. More easy to digest food down and have more of a bowel movement. Another very good product. *

These colon herbs do what they're supposed to do! I include these pills as part of my nightly regimen whenever I'm feeling sluggish. Upon awakening the next morning, my first line of business is a trip to the restroom. These pills are not like other laxatives that make you dash to the toilet, but they gently let your body know that it's time to for a release. I don't take them every night because my diet usually does not consist of heavy meals. I have these as well as a number of other DHerbs. I will keep these in my medicine cabinet. *
