Wonderful maintenance after doing the 20 day FBC. Less pills, but still effective. I lost about 1/2 of the weight of the 20 day version. Love the tea, which should be included with the 20 day FBC. Maybe the charcoal should be included with the tea, to mask the taste/consistency. Have lost over 30 lb *
