I was diagnosed with Adult ADHD. I have been trying to find other alternatives to medications that overstimulate me. I use this concentration inhaler every morning once I arrive at work. I am able to focus on my work and not as easily distracted. I usually take 1 more inhale after work when I have a long evening. It doesn't overstimulate me or keep me up when it's time to go to bed. *

I buy this focus inhaler often. Its aromatherapy is very effective in "re-centering" oneself. It also helps during anxious moments. *

Focus & Concentration Inhaler is full of essential oil aromas. It's not strong in that it gives a burning sensation once sniffed but definitely can smell the essential oils. I like that it was compact and I could carry it in my purse and pull out when I felt the need. It is just refreshing to take deep breaths but this just added a little extra therapy. *

I did notice a difference when I inhale this focus inhaler. I will be ordering again. I had gotten one for my husband but I will use that one as well. Thanks you again and your products are the best. *
