I'm writing this as my 20th day is tomorrow. I have loved how The 20 Day Full Body Cleanse and food regime have reset my body. I was eating too much sugar and it kept me up at night. About 5 days after I started the cleanse, I have been sleeping through the night. I needed a nap the 1st couple of days but have had more energy since then. I have also been more clear minded for work. I love that this has helped me to create an habit of healthy eating the most. I have lost about 20 lbs. I could have lost more if I worked out consistently and was really strict, as It was the 1st time I did this in 4 years. I lost 30lbs that time. I was also dancing everyday and very strict with the food regime. I had to give myself grace this time, for a couple of days, I had cooked veggies while at work out of necessity. When I ate the cooked veggies I noticed that my energy levels would dip. I have also been snacking on nuts. I fully enjoy this cleanse and will be doing it again in a couple of months.
