I like the garcinia cambogia capsules. They seem to help but would probably work better if I stuck to my diet. *

Bowel Motion works as far as going to the bathroom but as far as losing weight it didn’t help me to lose any maybe I try it again. I heard reviews that they lost weight but not me. I might try it again and see if I get better results. *

I wanted to give it 5 stars, but have not had enough of it to be able to see any help with my hips joints. I can say that the taste was very surprising. Joint Aid Tea tasted really good and had a sweetness at the end that was surprising. I definitely taste the turmeric, which I do not mind. I am not used to the sweetness yet, but overall like the tea very much. *
