I'm on my last week of the 20 day Full Body Cleanse...my O my. The first 2 weeks were really hard cause I hate eating veggies. I kept saying to myself, it's all in my head I can do this. I also had my hubby hide the scale. I can honestly say that I really feel great, my skin is popping. The Joint Aid Tea helped calm the pain in my feet and legs. It's very strong in taste ok but I put a little honey or lemon and it worked out fine. Drinking it cold is delicious and refreshing in my opinion. *
