The Full Body Cleanse was great. Wasn't really that hungry after the first few days. I really had plenty of energy. An people keep saying how my skin looked bright an clear. I lost about 10 pounds. But I lost many noticeable inches. Overall, it was a process that was well worth it. The one thing I can say that was a struggle was remembering to take my pills on time. I started using the Full Body Cleanse Tea after completing the cleanse which included it. It didn't require any sweetener in my opinion and was able to drink it right down. I would drink this either early in the morning or right before I would go to bed. I would notice a bit of energy when drinking it in the mornings vs at night. It was nice and calming to my stomach and didn't allow me to have any nauseous feelings. The Full Body Cleanse Tea is one of the best herbal detox teas that I have purchased to date, next to drinking green tea. I feel that I get more of a benefit from this tea vs the ones I purchased in the store - perhaps it's due to the ingredients being all natural - in it's natural state. *

My husband and I tried the 20-day Full Body Cleanse earlier this year. It was the first time he had ever done a cleanse. I've done cleanses before, but this was my first Dherbs Cleanse. We were both pleasantly surprised that we weren't hungry and still felt energetic despite the fruit/vegetable diet. We didn't experience any side effects during the entire 20-day period! I believe he said he lost approximately 15-20 pounds during the cleanse, however, he's more active than I am. I walked 2-3 miles 3-4 times per week during the cleanse, but I didn't lose as much weight as my husband. I plan to do the cleanse every six months, so this time I'll increase my exercise regimen, and hopefully I'll see more weight loss. Regardless, I felt good during and after the cleanse, so that's why I'm doing it again. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse is a great way to get yourself back on track. Make sure you look at the recipes and the food you’re allowed to have before doing this so you’re prepared. On another note my hair had been falling out. After completing the cleanse I noticed my hair wasn’t coming out as much . I can’t say for sure of course that the reason it stopped was the cleanse but I Believe the cleanse did something to help stop that. I will be trying more products in future ! *
