I just finished my 20 Day Full Body Cleanse. Baby, this product really worked! My purpose of using the cleanse was for cleansing my body and getting it back to optimal condition. I have to admit, the first four days were the hardest, but after that I was fine. Around day 3 is when I started noticing the product was working. Constantly in the bathroom and not craving soda at all. By day 7 I started seeing the results of the detoxification. I noticed that my FUPA was completely gone. I noticed a difference in my skin, especially my face. These results only pushed me to complete the process. The only con of this product for ME was that I didn't have the energy to go hard in the gym. This is why I only gave it 4 stars. I consider myself a gym rat. I workout some months 5 days a week and then some months every day. I didn't have the energy needed to go at the level I normally do. So be mindful, you will need to really scale back on your workout intensity. I was striving for optimal condition from within and I got a bonus with a weight loss of 12 pounds. I went from 171 pounds down to 159 pounds and I'm 5'11, so I didn't need to loss any weight. So do try it, it WORKS! I feel great and will incorporate the cleanse twice a year and the diet three days a week.......only thing I have to sauté my veggies lol. Thank you Dherbs for restoring my mental and physical. *

It was a challenge in the beginning, but felt really good after a couple days. Once I got the times and routine of taking 35 pills a day it was good. I lost about 10 pounds and felt great. I have recommended the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen to a few people and I just ordered the Maintenance Package. I am now in the routine of eating healthy and have no desire for sugar products which is amazing. I have gotten so many compliments on how healthy I look and my skin is glowing. *

I always have issues with hormones and regular menstrual cycles. I completed 20 day cleanse and then tried the female cleanse. I have seen an improvement with cycle and feel so much better. I did not follow the strict raw diet with the female cleanse as I did with the 20 day cleanse but still lost 9lbs. Everyone will have different experiences however definitely recommend this product. *

I think the stretch mark oil did work to some extent. I still have visible stretch marks but overall I'm satisfied with the product. *

I used the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen after completing a Full Body Cleanse. These products worked well, curbed hunger and kept my energy levels up. I did not incorporate exercise into this program, and I should have, as I only lost 7lbs. I do recommend these products and advise following the plan closely for maximum results. *
