I really got a lot of goodies out of doing the Full Body Cleanse. I released 12-15 pounds without working out, not sure of the exact amount b/c I did not weigh myself until the 3rd day. I also went down an inch in my waist by the end of the first week. My clothes fit a lot looser and I feel better. I had the best sleep in a long time. At the end of the day I was ready for sleep and by morning I was refreshed. I really enjoyed that piece. My only draw back was by the end of day one, I had an over-whelming head ache. I cut back on the dosage and built back up to the 5 a day and did not have that experience anymore. I believe it was just too much goodness too fast for my system. I first heard about the Full Body Cleanse while listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I immediately went to this website and ordered my first FBC a few years ago. I started another FBC yesterday and am looking forward to the many benefits this process provides. This is day two and I feel great already. I'm on my 2nd time with the 10 day express cleanse, have not completed yet. However my first experience was a few months ago, I was so amazed at how much better I felt and looked! Received many compliments from others on how good my skin looked, hair, etc. First couple of days was challenging to adjust, but the 3rd day was "magic"! I felt wonderful! Ended up loosing around 6lbs in 2 weeks. Now that is quite amazing for me, for I'm in my late 50's and active, but have difficulty loosing weight. The 10 day cleanse is a great product after the 20 day cleanse the 10 day product has less pills but you must continue to eat properly in order to maintain the weight loss. I use the 10 day cleanse in between my 21 day cleanse on the 21 day cleanse. I lost 17 lbs and with the 10 day I lost an extra 5-10 lbs. *
