I appreciated the Full Body Cleanse Ebook for some of the recipes, but mostly relied on the Dherbs website to get me through the Full Body Cleanse (which I loved by the way!!). Overall, I would say the book is not something you have to purchase for the FBC, however, I plan to try some of its recipes/different juice classifications etc as as I continue to maintain a healthy diet following the cleanse. *

The 10 day cleanse did not work as good as the 20 day Full Body Cleanse but I also did not follow the rules as suggested. The next time I will do the 20 day cleanse and I will follow as suggested in order to see the desired results that I have seen in the past such as weight loss, better complexion and rashes disappear. *

I generally like the 10 day. However, I find it easier to be more disciplined on the 20 day. For me the greater amount of herbs and the longer cycle works better for me. *

I did lose weight but I lost most of it in the first week. Since then I have just been doing the 10 day cleanse there’s no need to do 20 as I lost very little weight the second and third weeks. *

If you are consistent and use this cleanse underarm daily you will see great results. I ordered this deodorant because I refuse to use any deodorants EXCEPT natural non aluminum deodorants. The cleanse helps to eliminate the daily odors. It actually worked really well. *

The product has worked very well. I lost 15 pounds, however it is too pricey for me to continue. So basically a one and done for me. *

Not sure if the brain booster tea has had an affect on my ability to focus and improving my brain power. I was using it while in the whole body cleanse . Your mind is clearer anyway when you are eating healthier. I will try it now that I've completed to see if I see a difference. The tea was pleasant to drink however with no additives. *
