I appreciated the Full Body Cleanse Ebook for some of the recipes, but mostly relied on the Dherbs website to get me through the Full Body Cleanse (which I loved by the way!!). Overall, I would say the book is not something you have to purchase for the FBC, however, I plan to try some of its recipes *

The 10 day cleanse did not work as good as the 20 day Full Body Cleanse but I also did not follow the rules as suggested.
