The 10 day cleanse was great! It required a lot of discipline eating raw food only but certainly worth it! I needed to loose a few pounds and the Dherbs gave me the boost I needed. I ordered the maintenance package after I finished the Full Body Cleanse. I like it a lot because it's not as many pills as the Full Body Cleanse but it still gives me excellent benefits.
