I am just completing the 20 Day Full Body cleanse. I am so excited because, not only did I lose 22 pounds on the detox, I also am sleeping much better at night, my energy is amazing and my skin look incredible. I was really concerned about doing the detox because I love sweets. Throughout the detox, I did not crave sweets at all...UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I have been off the detox for 8 days now, I have not gained any weight and still not craving any sweets.
