The Full Body Cleanse seems to be good but I could not stand the 20 days of raw foods. I quit on the day 13. I am thinking of trying it again. I also wanted to know if it's possible to do the cleaning and intercalate between raw and cooked vegetables. And have decaffeinated coffee. *

I liked the taste and it was easy to drink regularly. I wasn't having any active symptoms at the time to notice a change. I know my adrenals need attention, so I figured this adrenal tea was better than just green tea that I drink every evening. *

I began the Full Body Cleanse (20-day) with much trepidation, as I had never done a cleanse before. I must say it was easier than I had expected. I lost 12 lbs. and felt much better during and after the cleanse. I know there are some people who don't like taking a lot of pills (myself included), but once you get past the first few days, it just becomes part of your daily routine. The recipes included in the booklet were easy to make and tasted great as well. *

I've been taking this Hair Skin Nails supplement for about 3 months now. My skin is clear, nails are nice and strong and my hair is growing. It took a couple of months before I saw a difference with my hair, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the growth now. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse, it gives me great energy and makes me feel like it's cleansing my insides. *

My doctors reported I was having a high liver count and this liver supplement helped me to get my count back in order. *

Hair Skin Nails grows my nails. I am prone to breakage due to a health condition. It took about 30 days after I saw any results. With some products you have to wait a while to get into your system to take affect. Hair growth is a different story. I haven't seen too much progress with my hair growth. That's the reason I only give 4 stars. *

The Sugar Formula definitely did the job. We are looking for the maintenance packages to be a bit more affordable, however it did the job. *

Great Product as usual! While following the weight release cleanse, I had lots of energy. I followed the raw vegan food diet as recommended and I lost 10 pounds. After the cleanse I felt great afterwards. Very happy with my results once again. I highly recommend the weight release cleanse and regimen. *
