I chose the 10 day Full Body Cleanse because I had never done a cleanse before and wasn't sure I could commit to the big one which is 21 days!! Lol Today is day 10! I did it!! So here's my 10days..... Day 1 SUCKED!!! I had headaches and NO ENERGY. DAY 2.....same as day one....feeling kind of crappy and discouraged. Day 3...woke up feeling pretty good ...while making my CLEANSING TEA my best friend says...."you look different...like ur skin is glowing or something" Day 45678910 were GREAT!!!! I can't tell u how great I feel ON THE INSIDE!!!!!!! The herbs REALLY DO WORK!!! My goal wasn't to "loose weight" but I did. I wanted my INSIDES to feel good clean and in better working condition...
