This was a short version of the FBC. I liked it but not as much as the FBC and I did not lose as much weight on that but did clean me out. I guess I have gotten used to the 20 days and prefer the 20 days. One thing I can say is if you need a quick light cleanse - the 10 day cleanse is lighter (in pills) and effective. *

The Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was great, this was my second cleanse that I did. There are a lot of pills. I lost weight. I would do it again.The only complaint I have is the amount of pills there are to take everyday. I enjoyed the 10 day cleanse more, and I believe I lost more weight during that time. I lost a total of about 12 lbs and it was easy to keep the weight off. Dherbs has really helped me to keep the weight off with their recipes from online. *

I've been using Hair Skin Nails Tea for 2 weeks now and my nails had gotten stronger and longer!! No easy breakage or cracks, so I'm pretty happy by those results. But didn't see much results for my hair or skin yet... so I will just have to wait and see. Will probably buy some more. *

Was able to accomplish a stable blood sugar with this maintenance cleanse. *

Dherbs has done an excellent job on my hair, it has grown a lot and has gotten thicker. My nails grow faster and stronger, I broke one of my fingers and the nail came off. It has grown over the place that was broken off and is on it's way back to being normal again. My skin is glowing, everyone notices it! Thanks DHERBS!!!! *

I guess it did what it was supposed to do... maintain after the Full Body Cleanse. I didn’t gain nor lose any additional weight. *

It did not work as expected. I have purchased the cleanse last year and I will say it's a good product. *
