I completed the Full Body Cleanse and can definitely feel an improvement. Now I did have to eat salad to get through but I feel so much better. I messed up twice and ate cooked fish. It's a tough cleanse so I think I will do better the second time around. It's only mentally tough so be prepared to be fully committed. I've never cleanse my body before so I wanted to ease into the process. The 10 Day Express cleanse was perfect for that. I definitely saw positive changes and if your goal is to loose weight, you must stick to the diet recommendations. No meat, dairy, carbs, or sugar. I personally wasn't trying to loose weight; I just wanted to cleanse my body of toxicity, but I also dropped 9 lbs in one week. You have to choke down A LOT of pills (some of them have that strong "grassy" taste)...that's the only thing I didn't like about thecleanse. But it does work. The colon/digestive formula is pretty intense so I had to cut back to 4 pills instead of 5. Overall, if you're mentally prepared to do this, you won't be disappointed. *

The Full Body Cleanse works wonders. It is difficult to stay on track with the eating part, feels like you can't eat anything. But it is well worth it. Within the 20 day cleanse I lost 13 lbs. However you have to stay with the diet even after the cleanse to keep the weight off. It is great for getting ready for a cruise or special day. *

Surprised but this herbal prostate supplement worked pretty good. Didn't have to get up 3 or 4 times a night to go to restroom. *
