It seemed as Hair Skin Nails was working, my nails had grown stronger. Unfortunately I went on vacation and forgot my bottle at the hotel. I have never reordered again, so for that the reason I can't give it 5 stars. *

The Uterus Tea is a great product, it really helps with my heavy period. I have fibroid that cause heavy bleeding and crazy cramps, this tea helps lessen them. *

I found the booklet to be very helpful in explaining the process. Having never done a true cleanse before, it outlined what foods to start with, a schedule and exercises. The weight loss tea alone works great and along with exercise I am still seeing a significant change. I'll be doing the cleanse for a longer period this time around! *

The results are amazing. Everyday I felt better and continuously lost weight. The only problem I had was with the amount of pills to take daily. I don't like taking pills and it's alot for 1 day. *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse and can definitely feel an improvement. Now I did have to eat salad to get through but I feel so much better. I messed up twice and ate cooked fish. It's a tough cleanse so I think I will do better the second time around. It's only mentally tough so be prepared to be fully committed. The only part I wasn't too thrilled about was the amount of capsules per day you have to take. I am looking forward to seeing the results next time. *

The first time I did it, I lost 10 lbs and quickly gained it back after the 20 days were up because I went back to my old habits. Then I tried the 40 day and really applied myself and saw real results. I actually couldn't believe I lost real weight, 17 lbs to be exact. Try it, apply yourself, you won't regret it. I've never cleanse my body before so I wanted to ease into the process. The 10 Day Express cleanse was perfect for that. I definitely saw positive changes and if your goal is to loose weight, you must stick to the diet recommendations. No meat, dairy, carbs, or sugar. I personally wasn't trying to loose weight; I just wanted to cleanse my body of toxicity, but I also dropped 9 lbs in one week. You have to choke down A LOT of pills (some of them have that strong "grassy" taste)...that's the only thing I didn't like about thecleanse. But it does work. The colon/digestive formula is pretty intense so I had to cut back to 4 pills instead of 5. Overall, if you're mentally prepared to do this, you won't be disappointed. *

Zinc Formula is the right balance that I need. I can tell the difference after using it. I will be purchasing again. *

The Full Body Cleanse works wonders. It is difficult to stay on track with the eating part, feels like you can't eat anything. But it is well worth it. Within the 20 day cleanse I lost 13 lbs. However you have to stay with the diet even after the cleanse to keep the weight off. It is great for getting ready for a cruise or special day. *
