The first time I did it, I lost 10 lbs and quickly gained it back after the 20 days were up because I went back to my old habits. Then I tried the 40 day and really applied myself and saw real results. I actually couldn't believe I lost real weight, 17 lbs to be exact. Try it, apply yourself, you won't regret it. You will gain knowledge on foods to eat and loose real Weight! *

I've never cleanse my body before so I wanted to ease into the process. The 10 Day Express cleanse was perfect for that. I definitely saw positive changes and if your goal is to loose weight, you must stick to the diet recommendations. No meat, dairy, carbs, or sugar. I personally wasn't trying to loose weight; I just wanted to cleanse my body of toxicity, but I also dropped 9 lbs in one week. You have to choke down A LOT of pills (some of them have that strong "grassy" taste)...that's the only thing I didn't like about thecleanse. But it does work. The colon/digestive formula is pretty intense so I had to cut back to 4 pills instead of 5. Overall, if you're mentally prepared to do this, you won't be disappointed. *

Zinc Formula is the right balance that I need. I can tell the difference after using it. I will be purchasing again. *

The Full Body Cleanse works wonders. It is difficult to stay on track with the eating part, feels like you can't eat anything. But it is well worth it. Within the 20 day cleanse I lost 13 lbs. However you have to stay with the diet even after the cleanse to keep the weight off. It is great for getting ready for a cruise or special day. *

Hi, Only reason I don't give the Full Body Cleanse 5 star. Is the 20 day regiment is truly tough. BUT IT DOES WORK. I WILL BE DOING MY NEXT 20 THIS MONTH. *

Surprised but this herbal prostate supplement worked pretty good. Didn't have to get up 3 or 4 times a night to go to restroom. *

This is my 3rd time completing the Full Body Cleanse. It's becoming harder and harder to keep up with it but, I did lose 17lbs. First time I lost 22lbs. *

I think the Full Body Cleanse works great! I can eat food. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t cause any gastrointestinal problems. I just wish that the charcoal was in capsule form. It can be messy if you’re not very careful. *

It was a lot of pills for someone that hates taking pills, but I had settled my mind with that. The most surprising area was that it seemed to especially affect the kidneys for me. When we think about cleansing, I think we wonder if it will have an overwhelming affect on our bowels. I didn't think about it causing me to urinate 'a lot' thru the day. About 4 times an hour, which was something to adjust to when I sometimes had hour drives. I ran across something I wasn't expecting & didn't find a way to speak to at Dherbs, so it caused new expense, by having to go to a holistic service to get more specific answers. I was told that many times doing cleanses causes dormant viruses that normally wouldn't cause us a problem to show up in testing. I happened to have medical check-ups & such, just after & near the end of the cleanse. I better understand some of the out of the ordinary readings now, but it would have been helpful to know: 1) Possibly plan to use an anti-viral after the cleanse. 2) Possibly, avoid doing basic check-ups soon after or during the cleanse. However, I also see it as maybe the cleanse showed something that could be a problem in my future, that was good to know or address simply now. Dherbs, my only suggestion from the experience, is to have someone at your communication centers that can re-direct you in the case of something unusual while/after using the product. *
