A few years ago I was diagnosed with arthritis in my knees and so I figured the Joint Aid Tea would be worth a shot. I recently visit my doctor for x-ray and my left knee and was told there was some improvement in my knee although I was there for pain cause by extreme workouts. I recently ordered some more but instead of the tea I got the pill form. *

When I felt like I was coming down with a cold, I drank the Immune Tea to increase my immunity. I feel that it really helps keep me healthy. *

I took off one star because I can tell it's working but I have been in crippling pain at the same time every day. It won't go away until I use the bathroom but it happens at work so it can be a little inconvenient. I read that it should only make you use the bathroom at night but that hasn't been the case for me. *

I have eczema, contact dermatitis, and I purchased the Blood & Lymphatic to work from the inside out. I'm sure it's helping on the inside and was hoping that it would help my skin; however, these current rashes, just sit on top of the skin instead of healing and disappearing. *

The Full Body Cleanse helped me cleanse and lose weight. However, it was very difficult to continue for the full 20 days. I was only able to complete about 15 days. I may try again but I will have to reprogram my mind. The cleanse was good but I wasn't. *

I completed the Full Body Cleanse, I lost 15lbs. I felt good every day with the exception of day 14; my only tough day. Also, the scale seemed to be stuck on the same weight for a few days and I was disappointed (I called Dherbs and got some advice (I was not eating enough) and was back on track for the rest of the cleanse) I had no cravings and was able to stick to the plan without issue. There were days I felt super energized and others where I felt a little sluggish. Food: prep. is important and it helps to be creative so you don't get bored. My advice is to check out the recipes on this site and try some. Many will be part of my life forever. It's a little overwhelming having to digest all those pills every few hours but it's worth the struggle. Just take it slow and drink plenty of water. It's been about a week since I finished the cleanse and I gained back 2lbs (too much seafood) but I checked myself and lost it, so I'm good. *
