The Full Body Cleanse is an Excellent product - I lost 14 pounds during the cleanse. Initially I was concerned that it might be difficult to follow but after a few days I found my focus and it was easier to be mindful of what I was eating - I also had some concerns about the level of energy I might have - this was not a problem - I felt energized each day and mentally alert - I think my only more challenging problem during this Full Body Cleanse was making salad dressings that I enjoyed - prior to doing the Full Body Cleanse I enjoyed green salads with lots of additional items and with Lots of salad dressing - and usually two that did not appear to go together like a blue cheese and a french dressing. It was difficult for me at first to find recipes that I could make that I enjoyed. My challenge is to do more exploring and locate recipes for salad dressings that I enjoy. I plan to do the Full Body Cleanse again - I still have about 18 pounds to go to reach my ideal body weight. *

Staying on the fresh veg and fruit diet for 20 days was tough. Felt much better after completing the Full Body Cleanse than before starting. Staying on track taking supplements was a little difficult, but so worth it. Had much more energy after cleanse. Would recommend. Plan to do it again *

Was not to crazy about the charcoal but I used it anyway. Never liked tea before but came to like this tea. I am now going to do the maintenance program. My daughter said it worked for her. *
