This is a pretty good sinus supplement. I've been using it for over a year, I found that it is more effective when combined with the Mucus Formula. Not knowing what you are actually allergic to can make things a little difficult. However, this formula helps to lessen my allergy symptoms. *

I found that the Cerebrovascular was an excellent brain oxygen supplement that I purchased. Great combination of herbs in this formula! What attracted me to this product is the Ginkgo herb.
