When I first received the Full Body Cleanse product, I was not sure I would be able to do it especially eating raw foods. I started the program and it was fairly easy to take the pills at the designated times. Unfortunately, I could not stay with the carbon charcoal powder drink. I am not sure if this affected my progress or not. I did complete the full 20 days and I lost 10 pounds. It has helped me to eat healthier and I did not have the sugar cravings like I did before I started the cleanse. I would recommend this cleanse to anyone wanting to establish a healthier eating lifestyle and wanting to lose weight in the process. *

I started the 20 day cleanse and when I tell you the Full Body Cleanse has changed the structure and manner in which I use to eat. I'm on my last few days and getting ready to order the maintenance package. As of today I have lost 12 lbs and feeling Fifty, Fabs, and Free! BTW: I did cheat everyday with some other food source which is not recommended but during my cheating with cooked food - -- I still have managed to lose 12 lbs and I am grateful for that. I only lasted 13 days the first time I tried the Full Body Cleanse but I lost 15 pounds. It works but it takes dedication. *

I have done Dherbs 10 day Full Body Cleanse Express again and I feel great. I lost 9lbs and a have started to eat better thanks to DHERBS. I have energy my face has cleared up and I am not tired. I will continue to do this cleanse every 6 to 8 months. It has really helped get my life back in order. Without a doubt this cleanse works. If you are a skeptical person as I am I highly recommend this product. I lost about 9 pounds. It removed the bloating that I had been experiencing prior to trying the cleanse. You must follow the guidelines given in order for the cleanse to work. *

The 10 Day Colon Cleanse worked pretty well. There are a lot of pills to take, and the fiber powder (intestinal colon cleanser mix) is absolutely disgusting. But I did not experience any uncontrollable urges to go to the bathroom or cramping. I feel lighter and I lost 10lbs! *
