I've been using the Full Body Cleanse for 8 days and have lost 7lbs. My first day of taking products I thought I was going to die. OMG not having my morning coffee and getting all the holiday junk out of my system was not a pretty picture. I would highly recommend eating a clean diet before starting your cleanse and weening your self off of coffee. Anyway I feel great now and Brenda was the angel to help me with that. The support and patience I receive from her was so great! And I even felt more encouraged when she told me that she had started the cleanse also. I began the Full Body Cleanse a few months back. And I must say, the hype is true. I didn't lose a lot of weight but I did see a difference in my urine, as well as my skin, sleep habits and female monthly friend. I am use to doing cleansing or fasting for church.
