I began the Full Body Cleanse a few months back. And I must say, the hype is true. I didn't lose a lot of weight but I did see a difference in my urine, as well as my skin, sleep habits and female monthly friend. I am use to doing cleansing or fasting for church. For overall cleansing I believe the Full Body Cleanse did a good job. I expected to lose more weight than I did with this product. *

I had never heard of the Dherbs product until I watched the Steve Harvey show but I decided to give it a try to see if it really worked for I was looking for a Full Body Cleanse. The delivery and ordering process was great and without problem or delay, now on to the product. The 20 day Full Body cleanse for me didn't work at all for the first 5 to 6 days but then I saw some full bowel movements. I did get slightly fatigued and loss of appetite but that was okay for I'm not big on the raw fruits, veggie, and nut diet that you must incorporate with this cleanse. I noticed after the 10th day I had some constipation but that went away after a few days, so now I get into the last week of the cleanse and I did notice at the end of the 20 day cleanse I did drop in weight from 263lbs to 252lbs. The cleanse I will have to say does work but I just have to get over the diet but for the most part I'm very pleased and will try the Male cleanse next asap. *
