I enjoyed the weight release cleanse, and I did it following the Full Body Cleanse. I had a general positive, healthy and light feeling throughout. However, next time I will stick with Full Body Cleanse, as I think I just enjoyed it better. I also enjoyed it more because I did not have much of an appetite, which made the clean eating easier and more satisfying. *

Did not see a difference in hair or skin as of yet but my nails are growing and harder than normal. *

Focus & Concentration Inhaler is full of essential oil aromas. It's not strong in that it gives a burning sensation once sniffed but definitely can smell the essential oils. I like that it was compact and I could carry it in my purse and pull out when I felt the need. It is just refreshing to take deep breaths but this just added a little extra therapy. *

I was not 100% satisfied with the Maintenance Package. I must admit, I love the tea. I would like to try the Maintenance Package again to give it another chance. I had great results with the Full Body Cleanse. *
