This was my first time using Dherbs. I would say to anyone who has had any type of digestive surgery to be careful. There may be some pain or discomfort the first couple of days. I knew my body had become toxic and I need something that would help. This was the best product. This cleanse worked wonders. I feel better, sleep better, skins better. These 10 days were not hard. I had no real cravings. There were times when I was not hungry at all but knew I had to eat something. I lost 14 pounds. I couldn't believe it. I loved most that I did not crave the foods I normally love - CARBS all kinds, SUGAR and DAIRY. Its an amazing product ! I don't think I could do the 21 days. I have to have my Baked Chicken at some point. But eating Raw - I will definitely do more of. I needed the change and Dherbs was that change for me. I have recommended it to others. Since using the hair and scalp oil, my hair had become softer and more manageable. I have only been using for a few weeks, so I need more time to see additional results but so far I like what I am seeing. *

When I first started the Full Body Cleanse I was so lost. This was my first time trying an all vegan/raw cleanse in the first place, so trying to just make a decision about what to eat was stressful. I looked at the reviews to see what others ate or if there would be any insight. Then I saw this detox ebook and thought oh great another gimmick..but I was wrong. The Full Body Cleanse Companion eBook was SO helpful. There were recipes and breakdowns of what I should try. I am very happy I made this purchase. Don't go into this cleanse blind-sided. Get the ebook, it's helpful even after you finish the cleanse. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a definite must have. I loved my results and I will be doing this cleanse at least twice a year. More energy, more sleep, clearer mind!!!! *

The Full Body Cleanse works, I loved the result. I lose 17 pounds and about 4 inches off my waist. After using this product I want to continue eating health. *

I didn't feel the brochure provided the info I needed to be 100% successful (only loss a couple of pounds) on the Weight Release Cleanse, however, I acknowledge that I may have just overlooked certain points, like not using vinegar based salad dressings, which most pre-made dressings are. I did notice and appreciate the benefits of regular bowel movements and buying "organic" is now part of my normal routine. I do look forward to a 2nd attempt, because my first cleanse gave me an enlightened sense of well being. *

It was good experience. I am still on day 16 and have gained lots of energy doing the cleanse. Will do it again in 6 months and will definitely get the maintenance plan. *
