The product didn't meet my expectations of weight loss nor cleansing my colon. No matter how much water I drank, I still remained constipated. Also while working a full time job and starting a business, it was very daunting taking all those capsules at the right times, I felt exhausted and looked forward to being finished with it. The one thing I appreciate about doing the cleanse is it started me on a wonderful journey of eating raw. I am very thankful for that. *

I was expecting more results and waste to be exposed from my body. It's a lot to take all those pills and be on schedule with them. *

Both my mother & I used the 10 day Full Body Cleanse. It was hell by the 5th day for me lol but we made it. My mom lost weight not sure how much, I didn't just inches which was fine to me..but we had a lot of energy, tho I was hungry the first few days I started but its all in the mind. Would be using it again. *

1st off this is a great jump start to anyone wanting to change their diet but I think the hype about all the weight loss is not that great! My wife and I both completed the Full Body Cleanse! I lost 12 lbs but I work out daily and she lost 7lbs. I assume we had our expectations way to high. For me the pills are not my favorite taking 600 pills in 20 days sucks. I don't think they really did anything for us but the Activated charcoal and the raw fruit and salads everyday is what helps you actually lose the weight on top of working out but that's common sense. I have recommended this to friends who are bigger than I am and need to get off their butts so we will see for them it may be better experience! *

This was my second cleanse and I prefer the 10 day express Full Body Cleanse. I'm sure this cleanse works well but it's not for me. I will try the 20 day full body the next time. *

The Full Body Cleanse does work. However, the capsules taste HORRIBLE! And they're WAY too big!! It's almost a choke to take these things. You have to take these pills almost every two hours, starting at 7am until 7pm. And even though, I did lose some pounds (from 246 pounds down to 214 pounds). I couldn't wait until the 20 days was up! In addition, you are VERY limited with the things you can eat and drink. I HIGHLY recommend, that you make the pills smaller, better tasting and with less frequency! *

Product was not as effective as some I have used. My biggest disappointment was that I had ordered the cleanse for myself and two of my sisters (all on fixed incomes) and we were each shorted several supplements. When I registered a complaint, I was offered the missing supplements; however, we had already completed the cleanse. *

Would have preferred a hard copy of the Full Body Cleanse Companion Ebook, as I will continue to use it. *
