The Full Body Cleanse was a hard cleanse for my first time. I did get sick for the first few days, but this was expected. Overall I felt better, and my doctor was surprised by my good health seeing as I have lupus. I was disappointed that I only lost 8 pounds,because I stuck to the raw diet during.. *

I can't really give the product stars yet, but my sister really said positive things about it. I didn't know when I got it that it was a liquid form, taking 5 pills at one time made me gag. I couldn't continue on. I will order the liquid form and try it. *

A very small amount for too much $$. Probably would notice more of a diff if had enough to last awhile. *

This product seems to help with keeping my weight level. I used the product after using the full body cleanse (lost 13 pounds), and in between the express cleanse ( which I will start after Thanksgiving). I can say that I think the product keeps my insides clean. I may try it again in the future. *

Would have preferred a hard copy of the Full Body Cleanse Companion Ebook, as I will continue to use it. *
