I enjoyed taking the Full Body Cleanse. The directions were easy to follow and the herbs did not upset my stomach. I'm already slim so I didn't lose much weight but I think that I was able to release a lot of toxins thru my urine and bowels. *

The pancreas aid helps to keep my levels stable. I like it because it's all natural. *
