I am enjoying the experience. I thought the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen was going to be hard but it is easy. I had energy which motivated to go back to kickboxing. I did the 20 day weight lose cleanse lost 15lbs. Now I am doing the maintenance back to regular food BUT I am making better choices. I am still losing weight. I plan to do another 20 days next week. I lost 7 lbs. in the first 3 days of the 10 Day Full Body Cleanse Express but nothing since. The tea has no taste to me after a couple of days. I have stuck with it but am feeling hungry today. I am looking forward to it being over in 2 days. Since I have never been a very disciplined eater, I'm proud of not cheating. I've been very good about taking the supplements when due and eating only raw food. I do not like the way my stomach bubbles/growls most of the time. I do notice my skin is clearer and feels better to the touch. Also, my normally congested head & nose are totally clear and I've only sneezed twice since I've been on this regimen. *

Hello, Overall I felt good, I noticed my blood sugar dropped from 160 and some times 180 to a stabled 130 and below for the duration of the Pancreas Cleanse. I am not sure of the benefits I was to reap from this cleanse, but I am grateful for the drop in my blood sugar level. I think with a little time I will return to do the Pancreas Cleanse again. I have been taking the Uterus Formula for two weeks. I have less bloating and a little more energy. Don't take this while on birth control it contradicts with your hormones and bc can be less effective. I took it for 2 days when I was on the pill and it made me sick. I no longer take the pill and I'm feeling much better taking this. Can't wait for long term results. *

I bought two bags of the Eye Tea and also have been taking the Eye Formula. And lately I have been able to read a book, and work on the computer sometimes without my glasses. Something that I have never been able to do. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a must for anyone wanting to shade a few pounds and feel that extra energy. It was a great way of eating the best nutrients your body cries out for but the down side was eating them raw, however after 2 painful days starting out I soon got use to and loved it.
