First off, I want to start by saying I was a non believer and very skeptical about the Full Body Cleanse. It had been spoken TOO highly about for celebrities. I started the Full Body Cleanse Mar 21st and decided to weigh myself today which is Mar 30th and so far I have lost 15 pounds. I was very toxic because I had some of the side effects such as headaches and short menses as the book stated. I still haven't really gotten my energy up yet but I am still waiting on that. *
