Although the taste of this nerve calming tea does take some getting used to, a few squirts of agave nectar and problem solved. As for nerves tea, it helps me to wind down after a long tiring day and I sometimes drink a cup in the morning to help me to relax. I used the 10 DAY COLON CLEANSE after the Full Body Cleanse and it was great. It totally cleansed me but it was not harsh. I just got tired of taking all of the pills especially after the Full Body Cleanse. I wish the formula came in liquid. *
