I followed the requirements in the Weight Release Cleanse, and I lost about 8 lbs. It requires a lot of discipline for sure, and I have adopted some of the practices since. However, I started taking a probiotic a bit too late for it to not affect my digestive tract. I suppose you should start taking it the day after your last day. I wish I had seen the recommendation to take the Full Body Cleanse before the Weight Release. I'm not sure the time and expense were worth the results. Perhaps the 10-day cleanse would be just as good, idk. *

Using the Full Body Cleanse was quite interesting. I normally eat healthy so with the dHerbs I did not see much difference. While on the cleanse I eliminated (bowel) more but the weight loss was no different, lost a total of 5 lbs, and I have quite a lot to loose but as with other cleanses for whatever reason I don't lose the weight. I've done other cleanses and using dHerbs was simpler than some but basically the same, yet a little more expensive. I think the people who see large amounts of weight loss are those who are normally junk eaters and I was truly hoping for more of a loss. Will I use DHerbs again, probably not, is it worth a try, go for it. The package was truly well thought out to cover all the organs and the most useful I think was the colon cleaner and activated charcoal. *

I believe the Full Body Cleanse worked well for cleaning the full body as advertised. However, I expected a better result in overall weight loss. I had very minimum weight loss. Thanks! *

I felt that following the diet helped me more than anything. I'm diabetic and invested in the Full Body Cleanse for both my wife and I with hopes of seeing massive changes in my levels. Whereas I followed the instructions from A-Z, I didn't see much change unfortunately. I think it's very pricey for the everyday consumer. Would love to give it another chance before saying it didn't help totally. I did lose a couple of inches as well as a few pounds. *

The cardiovascular takes a while to get in the system before working. However, it seems to help with my heart. I will continue to use it and see what happens. *

The Female Breast Oil made my breasts feel incredibly soft, which I really liked. However, I did notice that my breasts seem to have gotten a bit smaller over time. It may work differently for everyone, but that was my personal experience. *

I tried the Female Breast Oil with the Female Breast Formula also and I agree that the scent of the oil is very calming and lovely. However, it has not yet shown the desired results I was hoping for: the firmness of breast tissue and the appearance of a fuller breast. In fact, it appears that my breasts have gotten much softer and, dare I say, smaller. But, to be fair, I am also currently on a cleansing diet, so that probably has a great deal to do with the shrinking breasts. I intend to keep using the oil, though, just for the scent. I'm also hoping that the supplements and oil will work once I am once again eating a regular diet. I still recommend this oil. The scent alone is worth it! *

I found I had a difficult time sticking to the 20 day cleanse. I did not lose much weight, as I only lasted 13 days. For me, I found the 10 day Full Body Cleanse worked better. I was able to stick with the plan for that amount of time. My problem is I am 6'1 283 pounds and love to eat. To go from not eating many fruits and vegetables, to that being all I could eat was very tough. I did make the chili and hummus recipe. Again getting use to the food was very difficult. I did manage to lose 11 pounds so far on day 8 of the 10 day cleanse. I have spent $200 so far. I would love to try the 20 day cleanse again, but it is expensive. It was good for awhile but I didn't get to finish the full 10 days because I ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones. I've never had kidney stones before I tried this cleanse. I'm not sure if I will try again or not. *
