I've done this Full Body Cleanse twice and completed it only once. The first time around was a lot easier!! I love the way I feel on it, especially because one can actually eat, therefore no STARVING! My only complaint is that 21 days is an awfully long time to swallow a very large amount of pills... *

The 10 Day Colon Cleanse worked pretty good. I had been eating outside of my normal healthy diet, fruits and vegetables, and after this cleanse I felt great. Since my energy isn't really that low, I don't take this athlete booster often. But when I do, it definitely works! I usually take 2 or 3 capsules a few hours before I workout or play basketball, and it seems to give me an extra boost. *
