I found I had a difficult time sticking to the 20 day cleanse. I did not lose much weight, as I only lasted 13 days. For me, I found the 10 day Full Body Cleanse worked better. I was able to stick with the plan for that amount of time. My problem is I am 6'1 283 pounds and love to eat. To go from not eating many fruits and vegetables, to that being all I could eat was very tough. I did make the chili and hummus recipe. Again getting use to the food was very difficult. I did manage to lose 11 pounds so far on day 8 of the 10 day cleanse. I have spent $200 so far. I would love to try the 20 day cleanse again, but it is expensive. It was good for awhile but I didn't get to finish the full 10 days because I ended up in the emergency room with kidney stones. I've never had kidney stones before I tried this cleanse. I'm not sure if I will try again or not. *

I would like to try the Full Body Cleanse again in July when my schedule is less sporadic, and hope to have better results than I had this first time. I had hoped for much more elimination than occurred (similar to a previous 21-day cleanse that I did about three years ago). Nonetheless I will try again, as well as other products. *

The smell is gentle not too strong and its very relaxing in the bath. *

The Full Body Cleanse works good. Needed more time to use the product to understand the diet and its do and don'ts. Customer rep told me something entirely different and misused this product. Willing to give it another try. *

There weren't many recipes and the first half of the book was had exactly the same as the free manual. I was a bit disappointed in the manual I paid extra for. *

The only issue that I have is with the size of the product. I expected for the stick to be much bigger. *

I think it worked good, but what I was actually surprised at is the fact that I paid $25 for that small tube. I honestly don't think that little tube was 4oz, and for $25 it should at least 8oz. *
