The 10 Day Electric Green Combo Regimen is one of the cleanses I should have done before my Blood Cleanse, but no matter, it's just as beneficial and nourishing as the other Dherbs cleanses I've tried and enjoyed. My wife is anemic and when she has her personal monthly moments she feels weak with no energy. The doctor PRESCRIBED her medications that made her feel nausea. I started the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen a few weeks after the Full Body Cleanse. Results were amazing!!! I went from a size 10 to 6! The only downside is frequent bathroom trips first thing each morning...
