I think the Full Body Cleanse is a good cleanse. I will say it takes discipline to be completely raw for 20 days. I will also say 30 supplements a day can seem a bit much especially if you don’t like taking pills etc. I lost 21 lbs while on the cleanse that’s why I give it 4 stars. I just wasn’t a fan of taking 30 supplements a day. Other than that really good product. *

So far, I like this weight loss tea. It tastes good to me. This encourages me to continue drinking this because if it is bitter and awful I won’t use it. I’ve only been using this for almost a week. *

I started taking Female Hormonal mostly to help with hot flashes. My doctor says I’m in perimenopause.
