The Full Body Cleanse worked great for me. I lost 15 pounds and feel great. I couldn't take the charcoal but otherwise the rest of the herbs were great. I would highly recommend the Full Body Cleanse. I'm sure I will be doing it again. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a great product . I just ordered my 2nd set. I’m excited to see what the next 20 days will bring. I had to get in the hang of doing the charcoal every night but after the first week I didn’t have a problem with it. *

It entails juicing vegetables and fruits on certain days and then with or without salads the other days - plus taking the herb pills. It absolutely gave me what I wanted - I lost weight, look good and feel great! *

When I first ordered the Weight Release Formula, it took about a week for my body to get adjusted to it. I’ve noticed the weight started slowly coming off, was not feeling nearly as hungry as I had before. I would say that it definitely is a food substitute when you use this product. Overall I am very pleased with this product. *

The Full Body Cleanse is good, it really does cleanse you. But if you are unable to exercise it will take a little longer on your weight loss. *
