When I took the 20 Day Full Body Cleanse the amount of energy that I got at the end of the first week was amazing. I think the Full Body Cleanse was great! Because I could only do a light workout, I only lost 17 lbs. I felt so much lighter and less gassy. The hardest part for me was the activated charcoal. I wish that it was in capsule form instead of powder. I'm sure there are reasons that it's not, but it was so difficult to mix, and it was very gritty although it had no taste. *
