Not sure if this does what I expected it to do. Still a work in progress. *

Bowel Motions met my expectations. I made this purchase to help move along all the intake of holiday eating. Great for keeping a flat stomach...don't forget those crunches though to keep the stomach tight. *

The detox was ok. I didn't feel any different from this detox. I was using it to kick start my new eating regime but I was unsuccessful. Maybe the timing wasn't great or maybe you all could include some details on how this can help to decrease cravings for sugar. That might be helpful. *

There weren't many recipes and the first half of the book was had exactly the same as the free manual. I was a bit disappointed in the manual I paid extra for. *

Good Day I was expecting to loose more weight than anticipated. I have been on the full body cleanse for 10 days and only lost 4 to 5 pounds. I gave this product a 3 stars because too many pills to take daily and recipes are not as easy as the site makes it seem. Some of them not very tasty and then you already spent your money on the items. I feel it worked somewhat because i did see a difference in my bathroom use. *
