Outside losing weight, I can say that the intrinsic feel was the most noticeable(lack of need for caffeine, higher glucose sensitivity in terms of palate). My skin also seemed to respond pretty well to the cleanse, my eczema seemed to slightly be less in irritated and discoloration is a little lighter *

Th colon & digestive tract works better when taking 5 capsules instead of 3. While doing the Flora cleanse I was taking 5 capsules. Taking 3 does not work as well for me. So at times I have to take the bowel motion. *
