The 20-day Full Body Cleanse is a great way to start achieving a healthy lifestyle and weight loss goals. If you stick to the regimen as directed from start to finish, you will see results. I lost 17lbs during the 20 days. I could have lost more, but my changing work schedule had a negative impact (please keep that in mind). Overall, the cleanse met my expectations. It forces you to be consistent in your effort to achieve your weight loss goals. You do not have to starve yourself, and you're not running to the restroom every 5-10 minutes. It involves pure clean eating. After the 20 days, you’ll feel energized and ready to continue on your healthy journey. My only con was the number of supplements. Although each assists with improving a different area of the body, it was a lot. But due to the great results, I would definitely use the 20-day Full Body Cleanse again. The Full Body Cleanse served its purpose of cleaning out my system. It curbed my appetite and I wasn't as hungry. The downside is the high number of pills that need to be taken per day, which is 30. Overall, I lost 13 pounds. *

I thought it was easier to follow because of the two tea bags and 15 herb pills instead of 30 *

The antiviral cleanse was a journey. After a few days I noticed that I had a rash on my stomach. I was tempted to stop scared more may appear but the anti-v roll on helped the appearance of this rash. As I continued the rash went away. Overall I feel better my skin looks great. I will definitely try this again! *
