The Full Body Cleanse works well, but there are a lot of different pills to take each day. I wish that they could be combined into fewer pills with the same results. I have been using this on and off for a few years and when I have the chance to do it, it resets my body. However, due to the amount of traveling I do for my job, I don't always have the time. *

I really like the Blood & Lymphatic tea. I drink it whenever I have swelling in my feet. The tea helps to reduce the swelling and also clears up the inflammation in my sinuses.
