The Full Body Cleanse served its purpose of cleaning out my system. It curbed my appetite and I wasn't as hungry. The downside is the high number of pills that need to be taken per day, which is 30. Overall, I lost 13 pounds. *

I thought it was easier to follow because of the two tea bags and 15 herb pills instead of 30 *

The antiviral cleanse was a journey. After a few days I noticed that I had a rash on my stomach. I was tempted to stop scared more may appear but the anti-v roll on helped the appearance of this rash. As I continued the rash went away. Overall I feel better my skin looks great. The Full Body Cleanse works well, but there are a lot of different pills to take each day. I wish that they could be combined into fewer pills with the same results. I have been using this on and off for a few years and when I have the chance to do it, it resets my body. However, due to the amount of traveling I do for my job, I don't always have the time. *
