The Full Body Cleanse is awesome! I heard so many good things about it and wanted to give it a shot. I did the cleanse primarily for the weight loss benefits I heard about because nothing else I was doing was working. Even though the weight loss results were not guaranteed, I decided to give it a shot. I was expecting the worst. I am an avid steak eater and whiskey sipper and did not think I would survive on raw veggies and fruits alone. Surprisingly, it was not as bad as anticipated. The key for me was to meal prep by having my meals and snacks readily available, and tons of water. The 30 capsules a day will assist in the water consumption for sure. I lost a total of 7 lbs. Disclaimer: muscle is heavier than fat! But that was not the highlight of the cleanse for me. I started to feel so much better physically a little over a week into it. My knee and joint pains were gone. Inflammation and bloating are non-existent. My energy is through the roof allowing me to be less fatigued during my workouts and other activities. And according to my wife, my snoring is less annoying. But most importantly, my abs are back! This cleanse has made me change my eating habits completely. Since I completed the cleanse, I’ve only had chicken a couple of times in a few weeks, hadn’t sipped any whiskey, and honestly, I don’t even miss steaks. But vacation is coming up, so I’ll probably indulge a little bit. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to feel better overall. I will do it again. *

I love the Full Body Cleanse! It has given me more energy, which I really needed after having covid to cleanse my body. The only thing I don't like is the charcoal. I will continue with this cleanse until I reach my goal! *

I love the Full Body Cleanse and how it makes me look and feel. This was my third time doing it. The first two times, I went at it alone. This time, I had a crew of 5 with me. In total, we lost 73 lbs. I would have given 5 stars, but the pills are a bit much. If only there were a way to minimize the amount that has to be taken. Otherwise, I love it and highly recommend it! *

The Male Hormonal Formula works well when taken on a daily basis. Note that it's meant to help and not be a magic pill, meaning eat right and exercise. For me it works within 2 days and sometimes I have to stop using it because it works so well. I recommend taking it in the morning. If you take at night it might keep you up. *

I definitely had to be committed to completing the 20-day Full Body Cleanse. Despite eating only fruits and raw vegetables, my body wasn't hungry. Not being able to have simple dishes like oatmeal for breakfast or grilled chicken for dinner was frustrating. I wanted to stop by day 3 but hung in there; by day 18 I was so over it... but I stuck it out, whew! After the first week, I began to feel a flatter abdomen. Mentally, this was the most challenging task I've completed since military boot camp. *

I took the cleanse back in February. I take the Full Body Cleanse annually around the same time but this year I didn't feel I got the same results as in the past. I followed the instructions wholeheartedly. I'm not sure what happened but I didn't feel like I got as good results as I've seen in the past. *

The Full Body Cleanse is a great product if one follows the directions. I have lost 20 big pounds. *

Frist of all I love natural products. I have been taking this product for many years and am seeing some results and know I have to be faithful taking it to get more results. Gray-hair less have darken some parts of my hair where it was all gray. It slowed the process of my gray hair coming out. I will continue to take it to get more results. *

The Full Body Cleanse is very straightforward. It is challenging to stick to the clean (vegan) eating. I recommend this cleanse for serious individuals willing to commit to the journey. *
